E-Series Electric Tarps

The Shur-Lok® E-Series offers a compact, reliable design with a direct-drive motor and all-metal 90° gearbox. Corrosion-resistant steel torsion arms with reinforced elbows ensure smooth operation over any load. Designed to fit all grain trailer makes and models, it delivers durability and flexibility.

With optimal torque, the motor powers roll tarps without requiring electrical energy for braking, eliminating common failure points. A patented pivoting motor mount compensates for roll tube misalignment, reducing system stress.

Preassembled coated steel arms allow for quick installation. The low-friction polyethylene roll tube bearing resists wear, while a flex-joint rubber boot protects against debris. The SMARTwire™ system provides a watertight, corrosion-resistant connection without the need for stripping or crimping wires.

The ShurLink EZR™ remote and express mode receiver let you operate the system from over 100 feet away with one button press. It’s also compatible with Android and Apple devices via a simple app download.
